Warwick Road Traffic Update

As a result of the Parish Council's continuous pressure on County Highways for information we have received the following update.

"We should be away in the next two weeks and the road fully reopened!! We are waiting for the parapet fencing installers to return to complete the parapet and safety fencing; that should be next week (commencing 1st November). The surfacing contractor will return the following week to complete the footpaths, including reinstatements, and the speed cushions. We are looking at closing Warwick Road in the evening of 12th November for three to four hours to install the remaining speed cushions and complete the road markings. Road sign notices should be erected next week. Our contractor has removed his offices and the labourers are working from mobile welfare units until the works are complete."
